Sara is an AI-powered companion application. All conversations, interactions, and responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Sara is not a real person. The interactions are designed for entertainment and companionship purposes only.

Sara does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Sara for decisions that require professional guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use Sara.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use Sara for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to extract personal data or reverse-engineer the AI system.
• You agree not to share content generated by Sara in a misleading or harmful context.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Sara to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise our systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission

5. Subscription and Payments

Sara offers a subscription plan at ₹299/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Sara is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Sara, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and AI systems within Sara are the intellectual property of Spades Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sara and Spades Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
